Charmi is a butch lesbian who puts a lot of care into her appearance, usually wearing loose streetwear covered in chains, charms, keychains, and whatever other trinkets she want to show off that day. If it sparkles or has sentimental value shes most likely taking it and keeping it.

Protective of her friends and territorial over anything she consider hers. She spends a lot of time in ranked battles because she enjoy the competition, relying on her physical attack strength and draconic abilities to overwhelm opponents.
Her natural form is a fusion of Arcanine and Dragonite but she shapeshifts depending on the weather, seasons, and celestial events can alter her appearance. Full moons draw out Dragonair features while powerful solar flares can bring out a fully Arcanine-like state. She can mega evolve but I'm still designing that.
